Last October, at a pleasant reception in Panama City, our Partner and Founder, Dr. Candelario Santana Vásquez, presented his book, “Forensic Practice: with procedural foundations, analysis, models, and flowcharts”, published by Editorial Temis in Bogotá, Colombia. It contains sample documents and the procedural steps for the most common legal processes in the areas of Civil, Labor, Criminal, and Family Law in the Republic of Panama.
The purpose of this book is to support the teaching and learning process for law students and to serve as a tool in the professional practice of law. We were also honored to have the presence of Dr. Edgardo Molino Mola, a prominent jurist in the national sphere, who is the Autor of the book’s introductory pages.
